Game sites not checking facts #29485: Lindbergh

When Sega showed off the House of the Dead 4 on a shiny new arcade
board call Lindbergh, all the game sites reported it as being Xbox360
based, as such:
Sega's new arcade board based on Xbox 360?

But the first thing popped in my mind when I heard about Lindbergh was
this PowerVR deal:
Sega picks PowerVR chip for next-gen arcade boards

And sure enough, Sega Europe rep says that is so:
Sega Arcade board not based on Xbox 360
